Gateshead College Autoskills Centre

The Type 2 (Socket Only) 7 kWh chargers at the Gateshead College Autoskills Centre are capable of providing a charge of up to 7 kilowatt-hours. This makes them ideal for charging electric vehicles with smaller battery capacities. The chargers are equipped with a Type 2 socket, which is a standard charging port used in Europe. However, it is important to note that only members of the center are allowed to use these chargers, as a membership is required for access to the center and its facilities.

If you are a member of the Gateshead College Autoskills Centre and own an electric vehicle with a Type 2 charging port, you can take advantage of the center's two Type 2 (Socket Only) 7 kWh chargers. These chargers are located at the center's public charging station and are available for use during the center's opening hours. Simply plug in your vehicle and let the chargers do the rest, providing you with a convenient and efficient way to charge your electric vehicle while on the go.
